We will gladly accept and pay for the return of incorrect item sent. Should you need to return a part for refund or exchange, please contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call 1800 778 9898 or an email [email protected]. Shipping chargers are nonrefundable.
Attack Blue Filters & TKO Performance will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping/freight on all return orders. The customer is responsible for returning parts in the same condition they were received, with proper packaging and insurance to cover the value of parts being returned. No return or refund will be granted to any part that has been modified in any way. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If a filter is returned and found to have been used a refund will be issued less a 50% restocking fee.
Returns shipped to us COD will not be accepted.
All cancellations must be done in writing via email.
